As someone with chronic pain related to scoliosis and back surgery, I sought out a practitioner who would understand my physiology and truly help me alleviate my discomfort. Tracey is so good at what she does. She not only works on my problem areas, but she’s a teacher, too. She explains what’s going on inside my body, what she’s doing and why, and gives me knowledge and tools to use at home. She also focuses on mindfulness, which is so key to overall wellness. Tracey is a key part of my wellness team and I highly recommend her - and myofascial release therapy in general - to anyone with physical discomfort that impacts their day-to-day.

Amazing! Tracey is patient, thorough, listens, cares, and genuinely wants to help make me feel better. Each time I have gone she has asked questions to help target areas in need and has made suggestions of how she thinks it is best to proceed.
