After trying permanent makeup salons in Dallas without good results, I found Touch of Beauty in Lubbock. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. I've since referred several friends and family members, all of whom have been very happy with the results. It's worth the trip!

I bought the Groupon to get eyelash extensions and called to make an appointment. The only lash tech is currently only working weekends and so she had to schedule me 3 weeks out. I get there and she forgot that she had booked me and had another girl coming in at the same time. She asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting until after the other girl was taken care of. I mean, I scheduled first and was actually in office first, but sure, I didn't have anything going on that day, so I told her I could wait. She said she would call me when she finished. This was at 1. By 5, I still hadn't received a phone call. So I called her number - it went straight to voice-mail. I left a message asking if I would still be able to be seen today or not, just let me know. That was Saturday. It is now Monday ni
