Total Point Urgent Care and Family Practice - Springfield-Campbell

A fantastic team! Karina Guffy is absolutely amazing and understanding. They were there for me in a time of need. I recommend this clinic for someone who needs a psychiatrist. I was able to be honest and was not judged. This was the first time I have been treated with dignity by a healthcare professional. I have also brought my daughter here when she had the flu they got her in very quickly and were super kind to her!

The care team here is absolutely phenomenal! I don’t enjoy going to urgent care but I’m so glad I chose this location! They’re all very kind and attentive, AND made the visit ten times easier than any other urgent care locations I’ve been to. It sounds crazy, but I’m definitely really glad I went to urgent care today, lol!

I had to get a physical done urgently for foster care requirements, and this urgent care exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They understood the urgency of my situation and moved quickly without sacrificing care or attention to detail. Everyone was warm, respectful, and made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciate how caring and compassionate they were throughout the visit. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt and professional medical care!

They are a pretty great place and do so much more then just urgent care services.. I was pleasantly surprised! The nurses are great at their jobs and the new Dr Karina is really a sweetheart and pretty thorough and definitely a great listener I love them!

Staff was friendly and welcoming my nurse aas extremely funny made me laugh souch it was the best experience I have had in a walk in clinic. My dr. Was genuine and made me feel very comfortable I will definitely come back and tell my friends and family. lovely experience
