I’ve been coming to this office for over 10 years. You can never reach somebody during normal business hours. And if you need a refill on a prescription, you can be prepared to wait days for it to be filled…..having to call numerous times. Any lab work or medical imaging, they will call you 2 to 3 weeks later with the results. You’re lucky if the doctor spends 10 minutes with you. Their backs to you while they type on the computer in those 10 minutes. All totally unacceptable. Time to look elsewhere!

DO NOT RECOMMEND, HORRIBLY DISMISSIVE I have been coming to this practice for about 5-6 years now and have become so increasingly disappointed and frustrated in the last 3 years. Dr. Alonzo was great at first, but has become so dismissive and inconsiderate the patients. Regardless of long wait times in the office, lessening schedule options due to cut hours, and the impossible nature of reaching an office staff. Dr. Alonzo is a sorry excuse for a doctor, whose only recommendations is seeing a specialist once it's outside of a normal cough. I had been coming to Dr. Alonzo for back pain starting in 2022, to which she treated it as muscle problems. After 3 years of growing back pain, not once did she recommended a specialist. She prescribed anti inflammatory drugs for 3 years on and off, t

I just left the office worse off than when I arrived. The NP was dismissive, aggressive and offensive. I will be changing doctors. Everyone has bad days but patients should be treated with respect.

Had my first visit today with Dr Gilani. From the ladies at the front desk, the medical assistant, to the phlebotomist, very nice, professional and attentive. Dr Gilani is fabulous. Very happy

Did blood work on 10/24/25 got a call about results on 11/08/25. Sorry but this is totally unacceptable. My old primary care office would have called in 3 days or less. Sorry my old Dr. retired.
