I can not speak highly enough about this location and all of its workers. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I have been to 6 different places for PT in my active life and Total Health is my go to. I also use this location for most of my Chiropractic care but I sometimes go to the Clinton Township location too. I don't let just anyone crack my back, neck, etc but I trust Dr Cain. I even have my PCP though them. I was able to set up a same day appointment with a PA to get my annual blood work order in which was awesome. I have a busy lifestyle and do a lot of labor most days. Total Health helps me keep my body fit. They helped me recover from a displaced shoulder in 2021 and they are currently helping me recover from a new pain in my lower back. 10/10 would highly recommend. After months of pain I finally decided to seek out some help - I found a gold mine when I found Total Health System in Saint Clair Shores. Dr. Cain worked with me adjusting and aligning everything, showing me stretches to do to help. I went from 60% functionality to darn near 100%! The team is professional and courteous, they always have a smile to great you as soon as you walk in. I have only used the Chiropractic service so far, but I would not hesitate to explore all options and services offered.

Absolutely love it here. My kids love seeing Dr. Patel to get their adjustments. After I seen her myself, she showed me my x rays and talked to me and makes a lot of sense about why I am hurting so bad. Not to mention I even moved my primary over there as well. Samantha is absolutely amazing as well. Then again the entire staff there is the best.

I love this place. The whole staff is wonderful Gretchen, Patel, & Cain are the best. They are very involved in their patients and your wellbeing. They go above and beyond for you. I always leave feeling better than when came. Even the receptionists are nice. I would give them twelve stars if I could.
