I went to Total Dental Care of Middle Island for my dental implants with Dr. Zatcoff and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, the assistant, and Dr. Zatcoff were all kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Dr. Zatcoff was extremely caring and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and really focused on keeping me pain-free. During the procedure, he kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which truly helped me feel at ease. The entire staff works so well together and creates a calm, supportive, and positive environment. I felt very well taken care of and completely confident that I was in great hands. I’m the petrified dental patient no doctor should want, yet after 18 years Dr. Zatcoff still welcomes me with patience and genuine kindness. He’s not only an exceptional dentist but an exceptional human, and his assistant, Nellie, is just as warm and caring. From the receptionist who greets you to the billing and scheduling team, everyone treats you with true compassion and makes sure you feel safe and cared for. I’m truly grateful for all of them.

It is truly remarkable how a dental practice can charge premium prices for work that fails with such surgical precision at the most inconvenient time. I am sharing this because, while the so-called dentist B. and the practice seem content to avoid all accountability, the X-rays don’t lie. I spent my Christmas and New Year’s Eve overseas, a 'worst-case scenario' by any definition, missing a tooth because a four-year-old crown failed due to a cheap, poor-quality post and a non-straight placement ( broken crown in picture ). And yes, I paid a real professional to remove the post from my jaw and not from the root canal as supposed to be. Apparently, 'straight' is a subjective term at this office. I went to Total Dental Care, In Middle Island for the first time today. I was very happy with the whole experience. Angela was my hygienist and she was very pleasant and explained everything to me that I needed to know. She was totally professional and did a great job on cleaning my teeth. Also, I met the dentist that was recommended to me by my son, Dr Golub. He was very pleasant and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I do need work on one tooth and he explained what needs to be done and gave me options. I feel that I have total trust in him to do the work. So far, I’m extremely satisfied with Total Dental Care in Middle Island.

Awesome place, great staff, Laurie at the front desk is amazing and Dr.Benison is the man, and his assistant is fantastic also. Recommend to anyone. And no I don’t get paid for this shit and I never write reviews so yea this is how I feel about this place .
