Every time I leave Total Care Pharmacy, I walk out with the same feeling... like I just visited a place where people truly know and care about me. In a world where so many medical offices are being bought out by large corporations, it’s rare to walk into a pharmacy that still feels “small town,” where the team knows your name and treats you like a neighbor, not a number. Today, my prescription wasn’t ready because the product hadn’t arrived yet, and the pharmacist could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. For the most part I can get my prescriptions fine. Lately, the employees who work up front and answer the phone are incompetent. They are causing me to drive from Caswell County three times in one day for something that was not my fault and I have proof of that...yet I was accused by your employee. Yes, I got upset because this is getting old. Please get competent employees.

Until recently I haven't had any issues that were truly upsetting and/or life threatening. But due to an employee giving me incorrect information on when I could pick up my prescription, I am having to postpone a trip out of town because they refused to give me my medicine today. I understand red tape with controlled substance type medicine. But had I been given the correct information Friday I could have made different arrangements or spoke with my doctor. I was robbed of that. Then to have someone tell me to "hang in there" when I'm in the middle of a panic attack right there in the store.... No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. And I wish I didn't have too, but I will not allow someone to act like a mistake like this is harmless. Instead of going out of town like I had planned on

This place is awesome. Great service, nice people and best of all they deliver everything to you for only $2 delivery fee. I don't have transportation currently and this is a life saver. They have gone out of their way more than once to accommodate my needs.
