I’ve always had great experiences. The staff is always helpful . I am in and out pretty quick. PA Erin always friendly and easy to talk to she differently takes her time to help with your concerns .

This place is filthy!! My dogs vet office is cleaner. It takes an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment, if the nurse practitioner shows up. One time she showed up covered in dog fur. Then tried to get me to do acupuncture. I told them i wasn't comfortable doing it there and got it approved by my insurance anyway. They also asked me a few time if I needed a refill on my prescription when I didn't have a prescription.

Seems somehow my review has disappeared so I would like to leave another to warn people about this place. Always read bad reviews first because this place is a nightmare and can be more harmful than good. During my visit here, I was verbally assaulted and cornered in a room by the "Dr" and his NP. They're both very rude and treat people like trash. Its been a few years and I still have PTSD from the assault. Save yourself and do not go here. The equipment is the same stuff he has had since my mother was a patient of his in the early 90s. All outdated and filthy. This whole place needs to close down. I do not know how this Dr hasn't been investigated for abuse.

Do not recommend saw Mallory Puckett once over 6 months ago had a fallow up today at the Harrison location by mercy not there anymore and Mallory left the practice 4 months ago and gave me no phone call or notice or letter in the mail of her leaving had a app that I really needed for work and was not understanding or accommodating at all do not recommend going to have to find someone who can help until I can find another primary care doctor

Revising my original review... Update: Their front office has significantly improved, I'm much happier with the staff, no more communication issues. The doctor is great and genuinely caring. She really hears my concerns. Thank you.
