Total Cardiology of Atlanta

I’ve had a follow up appointment scheduled for June 19th for several months. I had a message left on my phone on June 17th to confirm that I’d be there. I called into the office and spoke with someone at the front desk who took my name and birthdate and confirmed me in the system. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment on June 19th to a sign on the door that they’re closed for the holiday. Why would you not cancel the appointments in the system and notify patients that you’ll actually be closed? Why would you not tell me when I called to confirm just two days ago? So disappointed that my time was wasted. Not sure it’s even worth going back to this practice.

Great care team and the cardiology Doctor is attentive with great bedside manner. I’ve never had any issues here and the whole staff has been welcoming. They are thorough and truly work to get to the root cause of any symptoms, and would never just throw pills at you.

First appointment, they cancelled. Second appointment person bringing the ecogram machine was in accident, didn’t arrive. I sat in waiting room nearly hour before they mentioned she was in an accident and might be later. Then I was given another appointment a week later. Third appointment, got the test done. Fourth appointment I waited over 90 minutes, saw Dr, he didn’t know I had the test run. It wasn’t in my notes!!! Fifth appointment, they called, left message they were canceling and I needed to reschedule. I have left numerous messages, emails sent to email address on website, left messages with the on-call, billing (I have a balance to pay as well). No returned communication. My BP refills ran out. Pharmacy can not get the office to return their call attempts. Looking elsewhere and

Dr. Toca and his staff are extremely professional they are the best in the business Dr. Toca and his staff makes you feel like you are important to them also that they really care, never rushing you out without addressing your concerns and any questions you might have I would never trust anyone with my cardiac care besides Total Cardiology of Atlanta.

Make sure you go to 285 Boulevard NE, Suite 115, Atlanta, Ga. 30312 for their Midtown location. The address on PEACHTREE St is not correct.
