Tory Sullivan MD: Sullivan Dermatology

Extremely unpleasant experience. This was a first that I was required to leave my credit card info on file at any Doctors office. I had no issue paying my $45 copayment today. My banking information should never be on file as a first time new patient appointment with no scheduled surgeries. I find it alarming and uncomfortable and definitely unnecessary. Sensitive information should never be stored on shared access account. Also, it would be a helpful to notify new patients of this policy when confirming appointments. Lack of transparency.

Since moving to Ft Lauderdale permanently a year ago, I have been to another dermatologist who did not meet my needs. I have had 3 mohs surgeries & other dermatologist issues and was referred to Dr. Sullivan by a friend. Dr. Sullivan was very thorough in my exam and identified several areas of concern to treat. I felt I had finally found a Dr. who understands my needs!

During a recent examination with Kristyn at Dr Sullivan’s Fort Lauderdale office, she found a growth on my skin she suspected to be cancerous. She sent a sample to be biopsied which verified her diagnosis. Kristyn’s experience and well trained eye caught the problem, confirmed her diagnosis, and took care of my treatment. She is very kind, she explained the diagnosis to me in plain terms, and she set my mind at ease throughout the process. Today I am cancer free. Thank you so much Kristyn for you professionalism and your experience in caring for me. Today I am cancer free.
