Tops Pharmacy

Switching from Walgreens to this specific Tops Pharmacy at 355 Prchard Park Rd was such a great decision. I have Never received such amazing customer service all around from everyone in the pharmacy. They answer the phone every time I call. Find the best deal for me with prescriptions because I don’t have any insurance due to starting a new job. The pharmacist Megan Bock fills my prescriptions as soon as they come in and text me when they are ready. Megan Bock needs to be commended for her work. She is caring, kind and patient. She also filled my prescription, same day and within 15 minutes of me calling the pharmacy at 7:00 and they close at 8:00. I used to be a pharmacy tech and this is something I have only seen done by a very few pharmacists, and they were some of the best. Tha

I have been going to this tops / pharmacy my whole life. I love it there but the one girl in Pharmacy is always so miserable and short. I hate even calling or going to the counter when she is there. Her Name is American she has horrible customer service. She acts like your bothering her when you have to pick up your medicine. Like if you dont like your job then find a new one

I’m new to Tops pharmacy of West Seneca I have just one script I need filled here. Now I’ve only been going to this pharmacy about 3 or 4 months but I can honestly say everytime I’ve had to call a script in to be sent to my Doctors office the same girl that answers the phone is always so short with me just says yeah I’ll send it over slams the phone down! Even the first time I had to have my script filled I apologized that I didn’t know how they handled these scripts she couldn’t even take the time to explain it was pretty much what do u need and she was hanging up. My husband says everytime he goes there there’s usually just one girl handling a line of people and calls I’m thinking 🤔 maybe this is her he says it appears there always short handed so in her defense if she needs help why is
