Tops Pharmacy

My husband and I have been going here for 30 years! The pharmacists and staff are all excellent and caring to us. They have looked out and caught when some Drs have tried pushing a medication we are allergic to! These people work long hours and deal with a lot of people that aren't always so pleasant. Say something nice to them and ask how they're doing. Small gestures go a long way.Im also in the PR business so I know what they go through on a regular basis. I'd never go anywhere else!

Pharmacists Todd and Amy are both so very helpful- always friendly and professional! Appreciate all their help!!!

The male pharmacist has anger issues and always uses a rude tone no matter the day. He raised his voice at me in front of my daughter when asking about a price change. He needs help. I changed my pharmacy.

Evey time I come to pickup meds here, it seems like every one here having a bad day. The bad attitude, the way they look and talk are just vvvvvery rude. I want to scream and ask them "what's wrong with you?" If you aren't happy of what you are doing, just quit and find something to do. Remember, all customers are supporting your career.

Two years I moved from zip code 14228 but I still receive my prescription and my kids from tops pharmacy because they are responsive to phone call quick reaction to refill and very nice . Thanks guys and happy new year2023
