Tops Pharmacy

Tops Market has truly become a vital part of this community. In light of the trauma and turmoil many of us have endured due to the ongoing violence, I want to express that the staff at this location truly make it worthwhile to shop there. I hope the owners recognize the importance of respecting their employees and consider increasing their wages. I commend each and every one of them for returning to work after everything that transpired; that is commendable. With the closure of Rite Aid, there has been considerable confusion regarding pharmacies, but I want to highlight that Tops Pharmacy Market has excelled in delivering my prescriptions promptly. They need to do better for the community that they serve. I had to go there a few times after the rite aid's closed and not only can you not call to see if your medicine is ready or to refill it even when it is they act like they're doing you a favor by doing their damn job. It takes so long and then the one lady specifically who is just cashing people out tries to act like she has the authority to not give you certain medicine that is extremely important because you may or may not have brought the right ID even though they know who you are and have all of your information to bill your insurance company lol And it's always the second or third time I've had to come there and take two buses on the same damn day and happened to forget the right ID. Awful don't come here, called for a prescription refill a week ago and said it would be ready the next day. Wasn't even ready a week later, awful service.

They have you on hold for 30 minutes and prescriptions are not filled by the time they give you. You'll be standing and waiting an additional 30 minutes.

This place gives more attitude, everyone that works there seems miserable, customer service is the worse at this Tops on Jefferson. From cashier to security gaurd to people behind the deli and people behind the customer service area. Every other Tops i been too i never experience this until i moved over here. I rather drive out my way to another Tops then go to this one. Need someone to clean up the people who work there with people who love there job. The Manager is the only one who gives you great service. He was helpful when he is around. This place doesnt really deserve and stars. Juat the Manager so one star is all it gets. 👎
