Overall my birth experience here was excellent. I came to Boca because this is the location my Midwifery(Boca Midwifery) delivers and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience! All the nurses were wonderful from labor and delivery to postpartum care each nurse and clinical assistant was excellent. I wish I could remember all their names to give them proper recognition but we loved each one! The lactation consultants were all informative and helpful. The pediatrician who checked in was respectful and helpful. Really everyone on staff we interacted with was respectful and kind. My wife and I welcomed our first child Jett over the weekend, and our labor and delivery nurse, Analia, was nothing short of incredible. As first-time parents, we were nervous and slightly overwhelmed, but Analia immediately put us at ease. She provided exceptional care for my wife, guided us through every step with patience and knowledge, and made us feel truly supported and at home during one of the most meaningful moments of our lives. She is outstanding at what she does and a true example of what compassionate, patient-centered care should look like. World class. While everyone on the labor and delivery team was also wonderful, Analia made a lasting impact on our experience. We are deeply grateful for her passion, kindness, and genuine love for both her patients and their newborns. 10

I recently gave birth at the boca Regional Hospital. The maternity section is inside the toppel family place CONS: 1/ Lauren Austin, the OB nurse navigator, does not answer emails or call back - that's a shame as a representative of the hospital. We had questions before the birth and concerns about PPD after birth - not a peep 2/ The check-in process is not very good. Check-in and checkout are at the same window so the line can get pretty long. God forbid you are in active labor! The front desk lady is very hard to understand 3/ Their nursery was understaffed one night and closed PROS: 1/ The nurses are amazing and super friendly. We had the pleasure of having Kerry, Lizbeth, Joanne, Caroline, Georgia, and Lisa as our nurses, and they made our birth and hospital stay really good from

PREGNANT WOMEN BEWARE!!! The L&D triage at Boca Regional is horrible — especially the nurses. If you come in more than once during pregnancy, expect eye rolls and judgment. I had a nurse, Kira (young, dark brown hair — not to be confused with the other Kira, an older blonde who is truly an angel), say behind the curtain that I was “a waste of her time.” I had several high-risk conditions and my MFM recommended induction at 38 weeks for gestational hypertension and early preeclampsia. Boca Regional refused to induce before 39 weeks, claiming my blood pressure was “fine,” even though I’d been admitted previously for high BP. Had my first child here and the staff was great from delivery to recovery, very attentive and compassionate. They made the experience much better, and every part of the staff I encountered was happy to help and did a great job for my wife and child.
