Excellent encounter at this dental practice in every way! The personnel exude warmth, skill, and excellent customer service! Dr. Youssef is incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. My daughter was getting braces for the first time, so I traveled from Corona with her. Dr. Youssef made her feel extremely comfortable and explained everything. Came here to get my teeth straightened after a failed Invisalign and braces attempt at previous offices. Called many places but they all scheduled me far out. However, Topanga Dental Care was able to fit me in within 2 days. Regardless of the squeezed appointment I took, the doctor and staff were very mindful of me and answered all my questions. I decided to move forward with treatment there. From the start, the staff and Dr Youssef were so attentive to my needs and requests. I had a very short time slot in which I wanted to get my teeth straightened for a special event. Not only did Dr Youssef achieve everything I wanted within that time, but my teeth look better than the first two attempts by ten times. His attention to detail is amazing. I broke a molar and needed emergency attention. I hate to go to the dentist, and didn't have one I see regularly, but I'd had a positive experience at Topanga Dental Care several years ago, so I called to see if they could help. Not only did Dr. Youssef see me, he made room to do a root canal immediately, and he was fantastic. Very kind, considerate and patient. He's a great dentist (and saved my tooth). In addition to being basically a new patient, my insurance didn't cover the situation, and I had to pay out of pocket; the prices at Topanga Dental Care are very good, and all of the staff are great. My thanks to the woman who answered the phone and fit me into the schedule, as well as every single person who helped me today. Rock stars, all. I no longer have a reason to neglect my mouth.

Disrespectful dentist. Left me in lobby on 2 appts I made after driving from Simi Valley. . Had a crown done and problems with it ever since. Cares only about the money. Always pushing implants when consulting other dentist they other options and I was treated with respect. Since I’m a senior maybe I was not that important due to my financial options. Go someplace that cares about you and doesn’t do a horrible job and blames you for the turn out. Shame on you! .
