Top Notch Family Pharmacy

This was my first time using Top Notch Pharmacy, having called literally every other pharmacy in the Charlottesville area to try to get an urgent prescription for my dog filled after she had surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the medication as soon as possible (especially Lisa, thank you so much ❤️) and I was blown away by the exceptional dedication to not only customer service but just kindness and humanity. Even though I was a new customer they made me feel like part of a family. Thank you, from me and my pup!

Hands down the best pharmacy in town - I’ve tried a lot of:) the staff are all kind, professional, patient and also willing to take the time to go the extra mile if meds are back ordered or there is an insurance issue, etc. It’s a small shop but they also GET THINGS DONE and even if the parking can be tricky (ha ha), well worth it to have Top Notch as your pharmacy. Charlottesville is lucky to have this gem.

These guys are incredible. I switched from CVS a couple of years ago and never looked back. Everyone is super friendly, attentive and they work really hard to take care of their customers, even absent minded ones like me who forget to order their refills until 4 hours before their flight. 🤪 Highly recommend!!!

I was so excited to find this pharmacy. I was from out of town and needed a medication compounded and they took care to fill it quickly! Kaitlyn was a great support in helping me and offering assistance! Great pharmacy and wish you had a location in Hampton Roads area!

Even though we dropped off oour script for our dog on a Friday, they did all they could to get it in a timely manner. The staff was courteous and call backs for follow up were prompt .
