I had a great experience at Top Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness. The whole team is very professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. The front desk staff, Jaileen and Lorelis, are amazing. They are always friendly and extremely helpful, and they handle insurance and authorizations very quickly, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. They’re always willing to answer questions and make sure everything is taken care of. Lymari, the physical therapy aide, is also wonderful. She is very kind, attentive, and always willing to help patients with their exercises. She makes the environment feel comfortable and encouraging. The physical therapists Fernando, Rachel, and Juan are all very knowledgeable and take the time to really listen and create a treatment

I decided to try the new massage therapy special they have going on since it was a first time one hour massage for $55, which is a bargain compared to other places. Matt was amazing at relieving the tension i had in my back and shoulders. By the end of the session, I felt like a brand new person. The atmosphere was very calming with the dim lights and the aromatic scents. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend trying the weekend massages with Matt!

The Union City Top Choice Physical Therapy location is super clean and the treatment I’ve received has really helped me with my lower back pain. I would highly recommend this location.
