Tooth + Tusk Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

I called to schedule my children for an appointment and was told to use their online system which I did. I scheduled for 420pm which was an available open appointment they confirmed my appointment sent an email confirmation and then I show up and they are closed and have a print out hours on the door saying they close at 4pm. Online it says they're open until 5pm. I ajve tried multiple times to call and schedule and am always told to do so online. I left work early so I can take my son to waste my time. I will not be bringing my other children to their upcoming appointments. I'm extremely upset... pictures as proof. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional..

We had a great experience during my daughter’s orthodontic consultation. Priscilla was welcoming, knowledgeable and patient, she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. My daughter felt comfortable when her pictures and X-rays were taken by Priscilla. My daughter felt at ease, which means a lot as a parent. We left feeling informed and confident about next steps. I scheduled an orthodontic evaluation for my son and was very clear from the beginning that I was only seeking removal of a tooth that is projected to become impacted, along with a space-maintaining appliance. I specifically stated that we were not interested in starting full orthodontic treatment at this time. We were informed that the doctor would not remove the tooth unless we agreed to move forward with comprehensive orthodontic treatment. The proposed treatment plan was also approximately $1,000 higher than a previous quote we had received elsewhere. I was extremely uncomfortable with the idea that necessary dental care would be withheld unless we committed to a larger treatment plan. The staff here were amazing! We had a dental emergency while visiting family here in Oregon and they not only were able to see us on short notice but snuck us in the next day to help take care of it for my son. They were super friendly, attentive, and caring. Highly recommend for anyone who is local!!!

We've always had a good experience here and visit today was no exception. The visits themselves have always been super speedy, something I appreciate when doing anything dental related with a toddler. The dentist and hygenists are all great with my son. They also have a bunch of little extras that go over really well with kids and set the scene for a good appointment. Today they had pictures of the tooth fairy available to color in the waiting room and a dragon friend to demonstrate proper tooth brushing once we got back to our room.
