Tony's Pharmacy

I’ve been using this pharmacy since I was young and they haven’t improved on their customer service. Even though they call you to tell you your medication is ready, it never is ready. They make you wait 20 or so minutes when you get there. In addition, this pharmacy is on the more expensive side when it comes to certain medications. I’d recommend choosing another pharmacy—one that actually respects your time.

Pharmacy not having my medications ready until I physically show up. Despite calling ahead multiple times, they say they’ll call back, but they never do. Each time, I end up waiting 30-40 minutes in person to get my prescription filled. When I ask why it's not ready despite calling hours in advance, they lie and claim the doctor hasn’t sent anything—yet my doctor confirms they’ve done their part. There was even a time I needed medication the same day, but they didn’t have it until the next day. When I asked to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, they refused because they didn’t want to lose money. Tony Pharmacy, you’ve been open for years, but there’s been no improvement. This is one of the best if not the best pharmacy in Passaic. The pharmacist is very informative and also very understanding. If any issues she works with the people to Truly help us, and they have a worker Jose who is truly a blessing to that pharmacy and it's customers, just a good respectful, and very helpful young man. This the only pharmacy I use.

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready when you go pick them up. My husbands script was sent via fax on Tuesday, it is not Saturday and the medicine isn’t ready. This pharmacy never fails to disappoint.

Great service. They are one of the best Pharmas in NJ. Prices are very affordable.They are better than Walgreens & Rite Aid. They deliver meds.
