Tonja's Massage

Like several other customers of these reviews,I have been calling for 2 massages for my birthday. I have left my voicemail, phone number, paged her, and even drove to her very hard to find business. She was not there. The office was closed! So I challenge her claim that she is busy with other clients, therefore she couldn't answer her phone. I even called her again today, 2 days later and she still had not returned my initial call from 2 days ago. She seems to be very unorganized and unprofessional. I will seek to get my money back from where I purchased these certificates and suggest strongly, that they no longer promote her business on their Radio Shopping Show! Please don't waste your time and money with this non caring, slack owner.

I personally never even got to go here, as I couldn't even can get her on the phone after calling for 4 days straight. I left messages with my name and number trying to make an appointment with her. In 5 days I never received a call back. Absolutely horrible customer service. Even places that are crazy busy like a doctors office will call you back on the same day. I will never go here nor will I use the discounts for her place on Groupon. If you can't return your customers calls, then I won't be wasting at your facility.

Just used my rado shopping show voucher and i went a few minutes early to find the place. I must say i really enjoyed my full body massage, she used a stone and it was well worth it. My husband is getting his next week. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here. She is very professional and gave me a very relaxing massage. If you need a massage therapist she would be the one to go to.
