I was a new paient that tried getting good health treatment here.I would not recommend going hear for treatment.front desk is rude &unpersonable w/ patient. Saw Dr. Toni Murphy only once sent me for bloodwork once. Once the blood work came back. Could not get no answers from front desk& very rude.Dr. Toni Murphy never responed to me about my bloodwork or what she was gonna do for me for over a week you do not treat your patients like this if you want them to trust you & build up a following. I will not be going back there. You might want to take a good hard look on how you talk & treat your cliential. ESPECIALLY IF THEY DON'T FEEL WELL.WE ARE FOR A REASON!☹️😡

After about 3 years I can finally say this facility is awful. You would think you were talking to prison guards and not healthcare workers. When you call in with a question they(Rachel or Dawn) will talk over you, make rude remarks and place you on hold until you hang up. Dr Ruggieros bedside manner is awful he has told me that filling my scripts is a courtesy and privilege. The one and only bright spot here is Dr Murphy. The first time you meet her you can instantly tell she is knowledgeable, experienced and cares about both her job and patients. Sadly you have to go through so much just for 60 seconds of her time. She needs to clean house

Called to set up an initial appointment. The woman that answered the phone was short and very rude. Talked over me and wouldn't take the time to answer 2 basis questions. She just said "have your records sent and then we will see if we can schedule you". It would have been nice to know if you take my insurance and if you are taking on new clients before going through the process of sending over all my records and bloodwork. It's disappointing because I've heard good things about Dr Murphy.

I've been seeing Dr Murphy for 25 years and I highly recommend her to anyone. She has been a lifesaver and lifeline for me through the years. She's very thorough and always listens to my questions and concerns. I've been a diabetic for 53 years and Dr Murphy is one of my most favorite caretakers in the years. I wouldn't want anyone else caring for me and my condition.

Dr. Murphy helped me lower my calcium and we are now in monitoring mode. I went to High School with her and didn't see her again for nearly 50 years...
