I had an excellent experience with this tongue tie clinic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure was quick, professional, and far less stressful than expected. The aftercare support and guidance were outstanding, and we noticed a significant improvement almost immediately. Great experience, I was so nervous for my daughter to get the surgery but the day of couldn’t have gone any better! It was so quick. My daughter had a lip,cheek & tongue tie all found at 9 months. Recovery is going well so far. I learned more from the therapist/doctors at this office than I did at any pediatric appointments!

Our child was able to get the care she needed. Without the laser center, we wouldn't be able to feed our daughter naturally. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has a child with tounge ties

My initial consult with the therapist Stefani was great. She was patient, thorough and provided a lot of insight. However, I was very disappointed with my meeting with the doctor. He was in and out within 2 minutes, told me our child had a tongue tie, lip tie and two cheek ties. He did not explain why we should go forward with the procedure but just said we needed to schedule the procedure. Being in the medical field is all about educating patients and I feel this was done poorly. Hopefully in the future he will spend more time explaining benefits of why you should get the ties done and reassure parents it’s the right choice!

If every doctor’s office ran like this one the world would be a better place! From the moment you walk in until you leave every staff member is friendly, attentive, and does their job with a smile. They are always on time which is a huge positive. Stefani explained things in a clear and concise manner. She is patient and calm. We really enjoyed working with her throughout the process. Having a newborn lip, tongue, and cheek tie comes with a lot of work for parents, but it is well worth the effort with the team you get at the Tongue-tie Laser Center. The doctor checked in after the procedure after hours to make sure we didn’t have any concerns and our little guy was doing ok. They truly care and we are very thankful for their services! 10/10 recommend and I’m picky 😆
