Dr. Tong is a experienced optometrist who speaks both English and Cantonese. The doctor knows his subject matter really well and is considerate of his patients. The front desk staff are a bit slow, since they have to multi-task often between phone calls and patients.
I'm 67...this was my doctor when I was 20. He prescribed l my first pair contact lens. He's the best. I can't find anyone as good as him. Just saw Dr. Fong at Stockton Costco. He's not a 5.
