I chose this pediatrician before my daughter was born based on recommendations from various friends. Through all of the extra appointments we had when my daughter needed them through now, we have been met with compassion and kindness. Sometimes we have had a longer wait as that is understandable at times, but often it is very efficiently done. And our questions or concerns are always addressed adequately. My husband and I recommend this Pediatric office now to those who are looking for one. When our daughter was an infant we also made some appointments at one of the other offices as we were coming frequently and were able to find the right time slot, which was nice to do so we didn’t miss an appointment that was needed.

I dealt will Kerri Nixon for a couple years now. Unfortunately, in my most recent visit I felt very judged and discriminated. When I choose something for my child I shouldn’t be told a bunch of fear stories and kicked out of a practice. My child my choice right? So why am I not supported in a decision for my child. She then says good luck finding a pediatrician who will take you. And also said that i should hibernate because my child can get more sick. I was kicked out because im putting the vaccinated kids at risk. But if there vaccinated why is their even a risk.. riiiight. Then proceeded to tell me my son will need a spinal tap and extensive treatments because of my choices. All she did was put fear in a parent that is already scared enough in this world. I had to come leave a review, during an incredibly busy sick season and what was clearly the same by the view of the waiting room, I brought my daughter in for a sick visit and she got sick a couple times while waiting. The staff was SO incredibly kind, understanding and graceful even given how busy they were and obviously afraid to also get sick. We’re regulars at Transit Meadow Pediatrics but it was so nice to visit. Thank you for making our appt “enjoyable” despite all the odds. Your staff is wonderful!

Dr. Tom is absolutely wonderful. He takes the time to discuss things, doesnt dismiss my thoughts or ideas, and shares the relevant, evidence based information necessary. I truly believe in the work he does and am so thankful to have him guiding the healthcare of my two littles.

This child care clinic, will perform tests on your children, bill your insurance. But they will not tell you results or what tests they ran. My child is 16, and they are hiding information from me. They will do the same with your child. I'm very disheartened and upset with how they treat my family. They were good for many years. Not anymore. Think very carefully before using this clinic. I'm still responsible for him.
