It's been almost 2 yrs that I have been a. Resident here. It's total trash. There is n heresidents are abused and neglected the nurse andadmin staff have no idea how to talk to people. If they are questioned about anything the first thing they do is lie or make up excuses There is no accountability and never an apology from anyone. Ive goneweeks without getting my bath. Ashley kellum is the most disrespectful She had the nerve to call my mom a friggin liar.when called out on negligent care. And refused to apologize when given the opportunity Unfortunately she is such an unlikeable personshehas been unable to find her niche as a long standing employee in a different facility.also it is oft that my baths areskipped even tho bathdays days are on a set schedule and.daily hygiene is also rar

Tomball Nursing is a positive experience as I was greeted with a smile as I signed in; the facility seems to be clean and the personnel is friendly and attentive to the patients. 😊

Patients seem to receive limited attention, with assistance provided only when aides are available, which appears to be infrequent. I observed a situation where a woman expressed distress, indicating she had not been attended to since breakfast, and this was after lunch. I liked the clearness when I came in today, the last time I was here, I was disappointed not so much clean, when she first came in the facility i was impress. she likes it here because everyone’s been nice to her and I love that there’s activities going on that she has fun with. Thank you for making my sister feel comfortable and loved.
