Recently had a CT scan at Toledo Clinic. It was handled very efficiently and quickly. I was surprised that it was done so quickly. Personnel were wonderful

I was pleasantly surprised at the great care I received. Very attentive and caring to my needs.

Had a biopsy at Flower on Friday. Was told to arrive at 7 and instructed to register in one room, then the receptionist took me to room #2 and said if nobody came by 7:05 to come back. Went back to the first room at 7:06 and was told to go back to room #2 and wait. Okay. Waited 30 mins there before anyone came and took me back. Sat awkwardly in a room with a bunch of hospital beds for another 30 mins. Then was rolled into a room with a CT machine to get a biopsy??? Was given lidocaine and then Dr. Robert Disalle took the first sample finally around 8:30. I jumped, as the numbing did not work. He proceeded to do 3 more samples without numbing me more, full well knowing it was painful and asking at least once more if it still hurt. Even my dentist provides more numbing when I feel pain. I never had a bad experience. Tests always on time. Staff very efficient.

The staff were all wonderful and seemed to really care about the patients. I will miss seeing them, but am happy to be done with my sessions. I was very happy to be able to have my sessions in Fremont since that is only about 15 minutes away from where I live.
