I never had any issues with this pharmacy. Until the other day I received someone else medication. When I called in the guy was rude and cut me off while I was talking. But I appreciate the great delivery service! Thank You

Called to check delivery options, as a potential new client. Person answering the phone DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!! Very bad sign. Then was put on hold, when I asked for a person that spoke and understood English. Nobody came to the line. Total lack of professionalism!!!! Will not go here. Are the 5-star reviews all paid???? I find all 5-star reviews, but mine odd.

I love this pharmacy! Not only for convenience with distance but also great prices and everyone is always so nice and helpful! I can see why it’s called Toledo family pharmacy, they are a family and they treat their customers like family too! This is the best pharmacy!

What can I say about Toledo Family Pharmacy....well they are fantastic people who help you every step of the way. They always have the medications you need in stock, and they make sure you get the best price with or without insurance. They also answer any questions you may have with no hesitation. I came to this pharmacy when Rite Aid went under and the transition was smooth and painless. Absolutly awesome people from the pharmacists to the managers to the Owner. I will not go anywhere else! I appreciate all you have done for me and for my father before he passed. He loved you guys all a ton!!! THANK YOU , THANK YOU , THANK YOU. You are all appreciated!

This is no average pharmacy. This pharmacy treats you like family. Warm smiles friendly conversations, compassionate hearts. They always breakdown and explain side effects if any with new medications. They are consistent with keeping up and refilling meds I love this Family owned and oriented pharmacy I would not switch back to a corporate pharmacy if you paid me lol . Anyway I would like so send a special thanks to Amir.Friday.hassan.and Gabe who has been the most respectful,kindest most genuine people you could meet. Thank you guys for keeping such high quality standards in this 🌎.....look forward to doing more buisiness in the future. All love
