Really fast and reliable place! Dr Kayongo and her Assistant Dominique are phenomenal. They really hear you out and listen to you. You feel like a person not a number.

From extractions to fillings to crowns, Dr. Peter McGowan and his staff have helped me through it all. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, all treatment is discussed in a manor that I can understand. I have referred Toledo Family Dental Care to friends and family. They are simply the best!!

The level of care and kindness was extraordinary during the first visit. The office staff is not good at customer service. Due to my work schedule, I can only call within a certain time frame. Unfortunately, there is no one in their office during their lunch time. Therefore, the response is either not done or delayed. Because I recently learned of additional dental coverage, I also would like to understand the amount of my portion. I was told on a Monday that I would receive a returned phone call. No one called. No one called on Tuesday, and after calling several times on the same day, I finally got a returned call on Wednesday. An appointment was set up for Thursday. After discovering a conflict, I called again to cancel and reschedule. I left a message. I received a text message

I was extremely embarrassed about the condition my teeth were in but the minute I walked in the door everyone made me feel very relaxed assured that I had nothing to be embarrassed about that they were going to take good care of me. Which they did! I trusted them and Dr. Kayogo and her assistant were wonderful!!!!! I'm 69yrs old and have never had such a positive comfortable experience in a dentist office before. Will recommend them every chance I get. ❤️
