FRONT DESK is literally TERRIBLE! I had to reschedule my SPECIALITY appointment because they were to incompetent to put in my referral that I called in DAYS AGO. Then when you try to call back they keep putting you on hold or just send you the voicemail. Very unprofessional and ghetto. Will be looking for a new doctor’s office!

Dr. Togun is great, she really cares about her patients. You can call her in the morning and be seen the same day, which is very convenient. She really takes her time with her patients . She is always very concerned about their well-being and will not hesitate to follow up. I have recommended her to many people who feel as strongly about her as I do

Dr. Togun is the best!!! This lady genuinely care about providing the best care to her patients! She's very hands on with putting a care plan in place that works for the individual she's servicing! I have rode all the way with Dr. T starting with her when she was a NP! There's so many great things i can say about her as a Dr but experience is this best teacher!! If you need a GOOD GP she's ythe one!!

I called and scheduled an appointment with Dr Togun for 3:30 today. Last week I called to confirm and the front desk confirmed but sounded not to sure, so I asked was she sure and she said yes. Initially when I scheduled she asked me if I still had care first and I informed her no and gave her my new insurance information. Today I get there at 3:20 and she says sorry we have to reschedule because we didn’t verify your insurance. I told her I would pay out of pocket and to ask the doctor, the doctor came out and said we verify the day before sorry you have to reschedule. Then another 3:30 patient walks in for her. I was so upset because verification does not take that long but it’s the day before the holiday and she wants to leave. This was unacceptable. Then offers me an appointment a mont

I would not recommend this office. It’s all a money grab, she has telehealth appointments where she has patients waiting for 1hr45 mins to be seen only for her to never join the call. She doesn’t regularly refill dementia medication needed for patients in homes and the office never sends proper docs to specialists. I am switching providers for my loved one immediately.
