Toghrul Talishinskiy is nothing short of a miracle doctor. I was referred to him after my first surgery with another doctor went terribly wrong, and from the moment I met him, I knew I was finally in the right hands. He showed genuine concern, compassion, and—most importantly—he actually listened to every word I said. Dr. Talishinskiy sent me for the proper tests, communicated with other specialists, and even spoke with my original surgeon to truly understand what was happening to my body. He never dismissed me, never rushed me, and never gave up on finding the real cause of my pain. When my latest CAT scan revealed serious issues, he immediately created a surgical plan. After the procedure, I was up and walking, and for the first time in so long, I was finally able to urinate properly.

Dr. Talishinskiy came highly recommended from both my orthopedic doctor and a trusted neighbor - he's an excellent surgeon who uses the latest robotic techniques for a fast recovery, I'm very impressed with how smooth the recovery has been. Everyone I interacted with among the office staff was courteous and responsive, from the initial appointment for a consult to procedure scheduling to the post op visit. Was treated by Dr. Tolusinsky and his staff for hernia. Everything went great. From the initial visit in the Totowa office to the day of surgery and follows ups in the Wayne office I have no complaints. Dr. Tolusinsky did a great job and I was back up in no time. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic Doctor and incredible person. Exactly one year ago, almost to the day, Dr. T performed gastric sleeve surgery on me. I have now lost 160 lbs. in 12 months and in the process completely reversed multiple very bad heath conditions. Dr. T is thorough, caring, kind, decent, honest and an absolute expert in his field. Every single thing he did for me was spot on, from advising me on whom to see for other health issues or nutrition to encouraging me in every way. He completely changed life one year ago! Shame on me for not stopping in to thank him personally but I don't want to bother him, but maybe soon :)

I was referred to Dr Talishinskiy for gallbladder removal surgery. When I initially met him during the consult, he was very kind & had a great bedside manner. He explained everything about how the procedure is done, and what I should expect & took the time to answer all of my concerning questions. As much as I was nervous about having the surgery, I felt comfortable under his care. The surgery ended up being a success & I'm now a week and a half post op. I had my follow up with him and again he was very patient & explained everything I needed to know for recovery. I highly recommend this doctor.
