Literally the worst doctor. Went to see him for an emergency visit. My son had gotten his eye poked and cut. He walked past my son no less than 10 times during our hour and a half wait, while my son was crying and needed emergency service. He never once stopped to check on him or take him above his routine patients. Left and went to emergency room for care since the doctor never took the minute to check him out. The doctor at the emergency room asked if my son had recieved pain meds because his cut was so bad and he was in a ton of pain. Told them no, I've been waiting on an eye doctor for an hour and half and he took another routine patient instead of the child crying in his waiting room holding his eye. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone.

This location is wonderful!! All the staff are great. Super friendly and helpful. The Doc who saw me literally saved my life. After dilating my eyes, she was able to daignose a condition that specifically indicates a higher risk for colon ployps and colon cancer. Sure enough, 2 weeks later I had to have a precancerous polyp removed. Cannot thank her and them enough for the care they provide. Not to mention, they have a large selection of glasses at a very affordable price. I have insurance but paid less here than any other place I've been to.

Amazing service, happy and friendly staff, and great deals. Everyone was super nice and I actually enjoyed picking out glasses. The lady was nice and walked through and helped me to pick out a few options and narrow them down together to find the perfect pair, and I've never felt more excited about a pair of glasses I'll be receiving. Value Vision was recommended to me, and I have been very happy with them! They are super thorough with their exam and fitted me with contacts that I could see better with! A very friendly helpful staff and the prices are sooo much better than the place I had been going to for years! Honestly I am thrilled with them and the convenient location.

I have super dry eyes and have been going to many eye Dr's for decades until I went for a routine eye exam. Right away my eye dr notice I was squeaking a lot and ask if my eyes feel dry all the time and I yes how did you know! She said I can tell and she told me about Dr. Paul Pronti and WOW Dr. Paul Pronti really listen I mean really listens and within two 4 weeks treatment my eyes do not feel like they have sand in them all the time. With the winter season and running the heater all day I do have to put more drops in but I do not feel sand in my eyes any more. You need to run to Dr. Pronti not walk RUN! If your ever need to have your glasses adjust PLEASE ask for Amy she is the best I know 1st hand!
