I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Winbigler and his entire staff. I was recently in Boise for a soccer tournament when I had an eye “emergency.” I recently had PRK surgery in Denver but have had complications from dry eye literally ripping the top layer of cells off my cornea. It occurred while visiting Boise and it is excruciatingly painful. I checked for optometrist “near me.” The first one I called had no availability. The second could get me in 6 hours later. Dr Winbigler’s office, on the other hand, said come right over and they would fit me in given the urgent nature of my situation. When I arrived, the staff were friendly and very empathetic. Dr Winbigler was so kind and thorough! He explained everything he was doing and was easy to talk to about my concerns. His staff is very professional and helped at every question. Definitely would recommend Dr Winbigler.
