My husband had an eye issue and he was able to be seen via walk-in on a Saturday. We are so grateful. He saw 3 different doctors in 1 week – to keep evaluating his eye. They were all very kind, informative, and thorough. At the last follow-up appointment, he ended up needing to go to an ophthalmologist stat. I forgot the last optometrist's name; I'm so bad with names, sorry. But she called that same day to see how he was doing, if he was able to be seen by an ophthalmologist. He told her he did and that he has a follow-up again with her in 1 week. The optometrist said that she prefers he make an earlier follow-up appointment with the ophthalmologist. So he did that. And it turns out, that was indeed the best thing to do! That right there just shows how much these optometrists care for t

Went in today for a 3pm appointment. I was warmly greeted upon entering and the entire check-in and medical questionnaire took around 5 minutes. It took me roughly around 45 minutes in total for an exam, contact fitting, and out the door with a perfect pair of super comfortable toric lenses. My vision is sharper and crisper than it has been in years! Dr. Mary Ghoubrial and the Staff are AMAZING!!!

I came here in 2023 and haven't been back. The practioner Polly Luong kept going back and forth with me about what works for my eyes. She kept giving me trial pairs of contacts and I couldnt see out any of them, 3 weeks of trials . I finally got tired and just said give the ones that I could see from the best. I ended up having to go back to my old pairs I had left from 8 years ago. I compared my old lens that worked with what she ordered and notice a lesser diameter of 13.8 and base curve of 8.4 on the ones I couldnt see from. The diameter for the old lenses were 14.3 and 8.5. This place is terrible. It was as if the practitioner was going to be right no matter what, I the customer was saying. I felt she was racist because she knows more than some black person. They said he was in the restroom and that he would call me back before he left. it is now 953 Eastern standard time and I’ve not heard a thing Called several months ago and was supposed to get a callback. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I had been going here for years but with whatever new changes they have made over the past couple of years that's over. Exam and customer service is absolutely horrible. I went to get an exam and the woman performing my exam was not very thorough and ended adjusting my prescription. I had to wait for the trial pair of contacts to come in. Once they did I came back to try them... They were horrible and I could hardly see. She agreed to order another pair and did another exam. They never called me back with the samples after that. I called several times with no return call. I called and asked to speak to the manager and never got a call back.
