Today's Vision Grand Morton

This is the second visit for my mother which is suffering from dementia and has trouble walking, very weak at times. The staff was so nice so patient with my mom both times. It feels good to go somewhere that really goes the extra mile to ensure top notch service and care. My mother felt so happy and comfortable!!!!!!!! Thank you all .

I have not had a good experience here. I will never go back. The people are nice but there was a lab error on my glasses and I had to go back and wait another 3 weeks. A total of 6 weeks without the new glasses. Then the glasses I finally got are causing constant headaches and eye aches. I went to America's Best and got a way more thorough exam, only to find out Todays Vision made my prescription too strong. And Todays Vision has a terrible selection of glasses. Americas Best has triple the selection. I had to settle with frames from Todays Vision because they didn't have any like i normally wear. And I hate them. Very disappointed customer and will not go back. Not even to have them fix my problem with the prescription. Got what I needed and more from America's Best!

Had a great time today! Glad to come in, we had an appointment already so it was easy to get in and out! Very kind staff and friendly! They greeted me and guided me through the entire process! Walked in with a blurry sight and walked out seeing my future!! All jokes aside I am thankful and will be back!!

The experience was great. Very little to no waiting time from your scheduled appointment time. The optometrist was very nice and made sure that I got the right prescription strength I needed. She took time to let me know my options.
