Todani Eye Associates - Attleboro

I am a patient of Dr. Masci, who is excellent, (especially doing stye/chalazion surgery) explains everything clearly& genuinely cares about his patients. His receptionist Kim is exceptional. Always very kind & pleasant on the phone & gets me an appt asap when I have an issue that requires immediate attention. If I have to deal with stye issues, I'm grateful I at least have Dr. Masci & Kim to help me thru.

Called the office with a quick question around 3:40-3:45. Nobody was answering the phone since they were closing at 4pm. I went on the patient portal to send my question to my provider, Rachael Smith. Well, it's been almost 3 weeks and my message is still 'unopened'. Oh boy, I miss Dr. Denietolis already! I have an appt in January 2026, but will probably change offices beforehand. Yikes

Dr D was wonderful, I’m extremely sad that she moved onto the VA. I unfortunately don’t recommend this practice now that it has changed hands to Todani Eye. They’ve scheduled me for appts that they suddenly didn’t have in the books when I arrived. The pricing has increased for anything related to contacts, which they also gave me the wrong price for when asked & then charged a different amount in office. And I’ve been waiting over a month for them to call me back to schedule an appt for my teenager to get started with contacts because somehow every time I call, the person who does the (unnecessary) training is never there. We will be looking for a new provider.

Very helpful front staff who were able to get me in same day for an eye condition. The optician, Lydia, and the front desk were very helpful and kind in keeping my son occupied while I was in with the doctor. Dr. Masci did a phenomenal job in gently treating my eye condition and explaining everything throughout the process. Thank you all again! Highly recommend!

I have a pleasant experience every time I come here! Just called because I lost my glasses and ran out of contacts. The receptionist Kim solved my issue so quickly. She even found a spare pair of contacts in my prescription in the office for me to pick up ASAP. I’m in excellent hands every time I come here.
