I have been a TMJ/ Orofacial paín patient of Dr Álvaro Ordóñez for the last 4 years. I did an extensive research before choosing him as I Travel periodically from south América to See him and he is the only person that have been able to manage my headaches, neck pain, tinnitus and tmj pain. This Dr is the only one in Miami with a full time residency training in Orofacial pain at TUFTS. I tried twice to See a diferent doctor but went back to the original symptoms. What makes him different is that he listens to you and does a very extensive exam. He targets the symptoms and treat them. He takes his work very personal and is humane and compassionate. TMJ treatment is not cheap but Dr Ordóñez prices are not the highest compared to the other drs i saw. He is worth the trip and each and every

Thank you to Dr. Álvaro Ordóñez, for giving my health back. I suffered an accident at work, a child accidentally hit me on the left side of the face and jaw; I was knocked out. Since then, my TMJ started having problems. and I could not open my mouth. Then, I also started having ear problems, sleep problems, neck problems, and I could not eat or laugh.
