Tracy is awesome! Told her my left hip has been bothering me, and I just gave birth so my body is still adjusting, knew what to do and explained different things causing it and even gave me some stretches to do on my own to help the tightness. Worked out the tightness, can go deep but also stay light if you cannot handle to deep. Tells you when to breathe to help the muscles relax more. Very clean room which was also a huge bonus for me!! Very relaxing and enjoyable!

Tracy has been a massage therapist for many years and it shows through her practice! She makes you very comfortable and helps you understand the anatomical regions that needs improvement and what she'll be working on. Only great experiences! I highly recommend her!
