TMC-1 is such an unprofessional installation! From the long wait to the staff. The level of disrespect I have received from the receptionist while waiting to be seen is way beyond measures. I have now been waiting here for 4+ hours in excruciating pain. This is ridiculous, I expect more from such an illustrious military base. This is embarrassing. I am appalled. I do not recommend, you’re better off just being in pain. Also infested with bugs!
Not a big fan there are some workers that are nice but majority are rude. You would think since that’s you’re job you would appreciate it more but apparently not and it shows. I know this comment isn’t going to do much but the staff should have the proper training. I most definitely will not be coming back to this health care facility. I’d rather go off base and use my tricare somewhere else what a shame. Sincerely, Eliza N Villalobos
If you have no choice but to go, by all means do not see Jean C Dahlbeck, MS. She is very rushy, disrespectful to her clients, and does not care to actually see what is wrong with these soldiers. Someone seriously needs to do something about this, never in my life will I be going back.
