TMC 2 Ft Eustis

This place is terrible, a great way to be thanked for your service. Literally just space the appointments further apart like how hard can that be. “Sorry” is for the first 2 times but not every time. I hate coming here as a soldier who doesn’t want to milk the system but who actually wants to get better. This is sad, who ever in charge needs to be changed or needs to make changes. If my apt is at 1300 I shouldn’t have only my vitals checked 2hrs later. This is sad & frustrating. Take better care of the people who’re fighting for their country .

If I could rate 0(ZERO) Stars, I would. This is one of the worst medical facilities I've ever been to. I'm quite glad I'm no longer with them. Doctors should be there to provide care to soldiers needing it, and not be involved in anything other than giving "care." "We are here for you" is NOT something they stand for. They only believe in the theory of soldiers who visit mostly are "only" trying to get out of something. NOT all soldiers are shitbags. They just care about their career and lives.

Dr. Taylor is the best PCM I have had my whole military career, he actually takes time to make sure you get the care needed. Even calls after hours to check on patients health to make sure everything is good.

This has to be the slowest tmc in the army. I have been here a couple.of times, and each time it is the same thing....wait wait and then wait some more. After about 30 minutes past scheduled time I finally got called back. I gave my vitals and am now 10 minutes from being an hour behind schedule. The sad part is this is not unusual for this place.

Team is great, however, the volume of patients grossly exceeds size of staff and facility.
