It began when they sent me what turned out to be inaccurate information about my insurance benefits. The staff told me what my deductible was and how much I had spent toward it, except they got it wrong. They told me I’d owe thousands of dollars out of pocket when, in reality, I'd already hit my out-of-pocket maximum and shouldn’t have owed anything if I'd purchased from them.
