TLC Pharmacy & Medical Equipment #3

I would give this place a zero if I could. When the people inside say they are there to help they lie. Bought an item and left to get food and went straight back not even a few minutes later to return and the guy said couldn’t return. I could understand if it was used that would be understandable but it wasn’t. We were accused that we could have done something to it cause it left the store. Really!! That’s wrong and ungrateful comments to customers when customers keep this business running. It may not happen to everyone that goes there but it shouldn’t happen to anyone at all. I want to know where the sign is that says all sales final?? They were rude and said that it can’t be returned cause it’s a toiletry. Again, if it was used I would understand! But Well why say that it can be and the

This place rocks, the staff there is really nice and look out for you…. And I mean the whole staff regardless if DME or Pharmacy. They deliver and since I live in the outskirts, it’s extremely convenient. I’ve become friends with all the ones I interact with… badass pharmacy!

TLC is awesome! I love the people who work there. They treat you well, and will go out of their way to help you. Thank you so much for delivery. That helps alot of people. And thanks for all you do for us and so may others!

They are rude as they can be and they don't let you know when they can bring you meds until we can and they tell us that they don't have a driver and they fill my prescription and it won't get delivered until a week later I think it is time for us to pull out our family out of that pharmacy

I changed over to TLC almost a year ago from a big box type of pharmacy and it was the best decision ever! I dont even have to call to remind them of my refills or anything of that sort! They know exactly when I'm due for a refill and surprising me everytime without knowing it was time for a refill! Love their friendly customer service and rapid delivery system! Thank you everyone at TLC!!
