TLC Complete Care

I recently had to visit TLC due to gastrointestinal issues. It took me about 7 minutes from the time I walked in to register and be called to a room. Upon entering I was promptly greeted by a doctor, nurse and tech. I am extremely anxious over health issues and the entire staff was very attentive and friendly. Dr Alsop was warm and very knowledgeable. He took the time to ask me several questions and educate me on my current health issues. Marc and Liza were amazing. I swear I didn’t even feel the IV and that’s because my veins were hard to find. Marc checked on me several times. Dr Alsop, Liza, Marc and Tori took a very anxious experience and made it manageable and pleasant. I recommend TLC and commend them on hiring caring staff. I’ve been to TLC Complete Care twice for two different reasons, within the last two years and both experiences were excellent. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to understand what was wrong and acted quickly to ease the pain and discomfort. The follow-up after both of my visit showed how much they truly care about their patients. I’m very grateful for how well I was treated and highly recommend them.

Treated my emergency like it was not one. I had a teenager with possible poising situation. Mind you no one asked exactly what she had. I am from a family of healthcare professionals so I do know better. Sat in the waiting room for over 30 mins without being seen. The young white couple that came in after me with minor flu symptoms were quickly rushed in. Even though I have been a long time customer with all my family that is the last time any of us will be going there. Put the right people at your front desk. Compassionate, knowledgeable and not Racist! They represent you. Thanks!

I was not feeling well and did not want to drive. Premier Physicians, is closer to me. That was a huge mistake. The lady behind the large plexiglass wall and electrified microphone made it seem very cold and she wasn't very pleasant. When I'm not feeling well, I would like to talk to someone who has a little empathy. Did not find it there. I quickly left and took the drive out to S. Staples TLC, where I normally go. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a friendly, smiling, Sally, who said "good morning". She helped me with the registration on my phone. I could not see clearly to read or concentrate on the questions. Then, Sally took it a step further, worked hard with the insurance company to get me approved. Thank you Miss Sally. My nurse Patti was great. She sat and listened and did great discharge education with me. Dr. Treasure was polite and explained everything thoroughly; great bedside manner.
