For a clinic handling serious health procedures, this kind of scheduling error is unacceptable. Patients deserve clear communication, proper record keeping, and empathy when mistakes happen. If you choose this office, triple check your appointment and get everything in writing. Having a colonoscopy booked and taken medicine to prep for the appointment just to be told the appointment wasn’t booked.

The worst experience in the world. Would not even bring my worst enemy here. I was told to prep my mother for a colonoscopy and the staff booked her for a follow up instead and she took the medication just to be told that there was no colonoscopy happening that day!!!! Never go there. Doctor nor staff know what they’re doing. Did not take any responsibility for their mistake.

My elderly mother was told she had a colonoscopy appointment, and she went through the full prep — fasting, drinking the medicine, and feeling sick all night — only for the staff to tell us when we arrived that there was no colonoscopy scheduled, just a follow-up visit. This is absolutely inexcusable negligence. How can a medical center make such a serious scheduling error that leaves a senior patient sick, dehydrated, and distressed for nothing? It shows a total lack of organization, communication, and compassion. We expected professionalism and basic competence, but instead we got confusion and zero accountability. My mom deserves better — and so does every patient who trusts this place with their health.

Looking to waste your time and money? Look no further, this is where you come if that’s what you would like. Staff? Uneducated and rude. Procedures? Clearly don’t exist. Probably breaking several health regulations, not to mention outright lying to protect their themselves from their own mistakes. Or honestly, they don’t know anything about HIPAA laws nor are actually trained to have patient bedside manners.

I am not a patient at this office of medical service I came with a family member that is a patient and have seen an outburst from a patient mentioning a colonoscopy. In the office a female had an outburst blowing up on the staff and cursing very Loud and I decided to check their website leading me to find false information because there was one female that walked in with an elderly woman. I was very confused and the office should not be blamed for a patients outburst it was ridiculous and very unprofessional on the patients end.
