She’s my doctor and I love her. She’s very patient and understanding and listens to me. I am so comfortable with her. She takes her time to explain things regarding my illness, and I’m very grateful to her.
Lost my job recently as part of the federal transition, I had to get medicad for the time being. Medicad Medstar said this provider accepts the insurance and I approved after seeing the reviews on her practice. I called to book an appointment her team at Mary’s center claimed to be booked “forever” “she has no availability at all”. It turned out to be not true at all she is for sure has availability but definitely not for Medicaid patients! I reported her back to Medicaid and I had to say what happened here too. A good doctor will never do such thing, but the one who cares only for money do. Shame on you.
