Tiny Teeth of Tally

I had the pleasure of going to Tiny Teeth today for my 5 and 6 year olds, Jayla and Jerome! It was a great experience, both of the hygienists were very patient and knowledgeable. The dentist was also very very kind. The front desk staff were cheerful and welcoming. I had 0 questions at the end of our visit, every one was so so informative and helpful.

I was super excited to get my daughter in at this office. My daughter had her first visit apparently on a Monday. My daughter got sick over the weekend and I didn’t want to bring her in. I called Monday morning to reschedule and I was told there was a $50 dollar fee for rescheduling. They stated they needed a 24hr notice. After questioning how to reach them on the weekend, I was told I could text them. I was not aware I could do this nor was I aware about the rescheduling fee. I was told the only way to waive the fee was with a doctor’s note. I do not take my child to the doctor for every symptom unless is necessary. I received a call that they had moved my daughters appt 30 mins early due to Them having a gap and didn’t want staff just to sit around. This is very unprofessional due to me

They are such a good pediatric dental office! Both my kids have gone here for years including their first dental visit which was amazing! They try their hardest to make the kids comfortable and not worried or scared! Highly recommend!

Phenomenal customer service and care for my two nuerodivergent kiddos. The staff was friendly, had a very clean and welcoming office, and the visit was calm and productive (unlike many other dentist visits in the past). Thank you for everything today! My son's last dentist closed and I was having trouble finding a new dentist. I had called several places with no luck, then found Tiny Teeth. They were able to get him scheduled right away. He is speech delayed and was scared during his appointment. Tasha was wonderful! Very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She made a scary experience into a positive one.
