I received an excellent massage from Tina today. I came in seeking help with sore neck muscles and general relaxation. She provided focus to my neck and shoulders, gave me feedback on the condition of my muscles, and provided suggestions of stretches to help my tight and sore muscle groups. Tina also massaged my back, ankles, legs, and arms, and I really enjoyed the ankle work! She is a certified massage therapist with over 10 years of experience. She works in an unassuming building of wellness workers at Folsom/5th; the building and office were clean, quiet, modest, and relaxing. She was able to offer me a same day appointment, and you can book through her website or ClassPass. I will definitely go see her again!

Tina is a treasure — my partner and I have been seeing Tina regularly for 6+ years now. Finally I found a great massage in SF for good price!!! To begin with, she really cares about you as a human being and about your physical problems. I have a lot of issues in my spine and she was able to accommodate all of them. She truly worked out every single not of my back...including some I didn't know I have. She was constantly asking for feedback on how my muscles felt and she was able to keep the same level of intensity from the begging to the end. The place is not fancy, but it is clean and tidy, with very nice hand painted pictures (for sale) decorating the walls. Fantastic.

Tina is an incredible talented massage therapist. I've gotten massages all over the globe and it's rare to find someone as good as Tina. I really appreciate her approach of listening to what my body needs versus spending a predetermined amount of time on each area. I highly recommend her!
