I love Dr. Yates! She is a great, compassionate, caring, great listener, kind, relatable neurological CNP. I’m so blessed to have her! Her asking me if I have any questions and answering them shows me that she truly cares. She also replies to me on MyChart in a short period of time which is fine by me. Her personality is professional yet kind. She explains things thoroughly in the best way possible for me to understand my health concerns whether it’s good or bad. She never gives up on trying to treat me concerning my health. I appreciate her for that! I recommend you have her as your Neurological CNP.
