Pros and Cons: Pros: - Friendly and welcoming staff - Accepts walk-ins as well as appointments - Easy insurance processing - Open on Saturday Cons: - Unclear hours, I walked in at 1:40 and everyone was on break until 2 - Slow at sending for authorizations, waited over 2 weeks for one - Not great at addressing multiple concerns at once, requiring multiple follow up visits and rounds of testing - Some members of staff don't speak English well, which can lead to communication breakdowns This is less important, but the office itself is in need of refurbishment/remodelling. It's not in great condition.

Poor communication.very disappointing. My family member needed an urgent referral to see a specialist but the office did not send the authorization in a timely manner AND DID NOT fax over the approval letter to the specialist office for us to book an appointment. It has been delayed for about 2 weeks!! Also, they did not tell us what to do to help speed up the process thus it was a lot of going back and forth. Why can’t you fax it if it is an urgent matter?! Hire new staff. The referral center was WAITING for the fax!

"Office is a SCAM! They will bill you for anything/everything and make you pay a co-pay without understanding how your insurance works. I have insurance where I don’t pay anything for any doctor’s visits - doctors will bill insurance and insurance will bill me if I owe anything. I arrived at their office and was told I needed to pay a $70 co-pay. I tried to explain to them how my insurance works but they refused to listen. So I had to call my insurance but by the time the insurance company tried to call them, their office was closed. I left and tried to make another appointment but wanted to confirm they understood my insurance before coming again. This time the office manager told me I still have to pay $70 co-pay because of my insurance so I told her to reach out to my insurance company.

Best doctor ever! He sees patients very quickly and I didn’t have to wait very long. He also addressed my health problems meticulously. Although he doesn’t accept my insurance, the price is very affordable that I would definitely come back here when I’m in town. I’ve been coughing for 2 months and this whole week? My nose was runny, I was sneezing! I got one allergy/chronic cough/asthma shot and I was back to normal after less than 12 hrs! I will come here even though it is far from my place.

Dr. Thien and his staff are awesome! Could not be happier with their care for my family.
