Dr. Gabryel really goes out of his way to make himself available for patients. Any time I had a question or needed something, he made himself available very quickly. I am in good hands with Dr. G!

Loved this place when I switched. But scheduled today to be seen for a sick visit. Went there and they told me I could not be seen due to not testing for Covid and they would not test there so cancelled my appointment. Left and got a Covid test which I tested negative. Called back again to schedule and not even 5 minutes later was called back and cancelled and told to go to the er by the nurse Sarah for some nausea and joint pain for the last 5 days. How convenient it’s Friday after the 4th of July holiday and they wanna shift you to an already overwhelmed and understaffed ER for something that could be viral or even possibly strep throat. Never even my life been treated so poorly by healthcare professionals. You can not find good care today anywhere!

Recently switched to this office & ive had nothing but issues. Anytime I need a form filled it out it takes atleast 3+ weeks & it’s still not even complete. Their fax machine doesn’t work I guess so they want me to drive 20 min to my old dr to get a paper they need & bring it back to them. Don’t even bother leaving a message because you will never get a call back. My mother also goes to this office and had to wait over a week to get her prescription refilled because they don’t answer any phone calls or messages. To top it all off, the ladies at the front never have a smile on their face & always have an attitude. I’ve been nothing but nice, but I’m done. This place is so unorganized. I’m fed up.

We are new to the area, and were looking for a doctor. When I called on April 12 I was told that they were accepting new patients and I made the first available appointment for May 24, 2024. They waited until yesterday 5/8 to cancel the appointment and said they were not taking new patients. I will never recommend this practice to anyone. They wait almost a month to change their mind.
