I so appreciate the fact that if you have to change your appointment date, they add you to a wait list and actually contact with you openings! It might take a few weeks but they always manage to get me in. Great practice with consistency.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dental office, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, Sam and Vivian, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made me feel at ease and ensured a smooth check-in process. As for my dental hygienist, Robin, she's nothing short of amazing. Despite hailing from West Virginia, her professionalism and expertise truly hone through. She took great care in explaining each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Robin's attention to detail and gentle touch made my visit a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office. The friendly front desk staff and exceptional hygienist, Robin, make it a top-notch place for dental care. I'll definitely be returning

I wish I could give zero stars. The front desk staff displayed a complete lack of accountability and refused to own up to their mistake, even after I repeatedly highlighted the issue. I had called the previous day to confirm if my insurance was active and was promised a callback, which never happened. To avoid missing my appointment, I followed up several times. On the day of the appointment, I called again to ensure my insurance was active and to confirm that everything was in order. I was assured by a staff member that my insurance was active and that I could proceed with the appointment. This conversation occurred 15 minutes before my scheduled time, and I informed them that I lived 10 minutes away and might arrive slightly late. I was reassured that as long as my paperwork was complet

Called twice to book an appointment and both times they blew me off. The first time they said they’d call back to let me know if they had openings (who does that?) and then I decided to call them three months later to ask if they were ever going to follow through or if I should get a new dentist. She immediately put me on hold, never told me what for, and after waiting several minutes I hung up and decided to take my business elsewhere. The kicker is I’m a returning patient! 😂 Definitely do not recommend.

I had and appointment on Tuesday and teeth cleaning on Wednesday they were so accommodating and cleaned my teeth the same day without coming back the next day. Pegah words cannot express how much I appreciate the excellent care and service that you provide to me you are always pleasant all the time and explain what you are going to do without me asking you have such a beautiful soul, and personality keep up the good work. Janice it is always a pleasure seeing you even if you are not working with me you always stop by to say hello you are such a nice and wonderful person I enjoy coming in to see you and Pegah you guys are always so attentive to your patient's which does not go unnoticed.
